Thanks for stopping by! I'm Jaime, The Tomato Snob, food blogger, self taught chef, artist and yoga instructor from Toronto. I started this blog because I love food. Eating it, talking about it and even talking about it while I eat it. I'm also passionate about teaching people and empowering them through cooking. I love to create simple delicious recipes that are easy to follow and healthy. I've struggled with my weight my entire life and in the last year I've really fallen in love with a healthy lifestyle and whole foods approach. I started going to the gym regularly doing spinning, yoga, pilates, weight training and I couldn't be happier. I've lost over 50 pounds now I'm still working hard to obtain my physical goals. I still can't resist a glutinous cheat day from time but finding a healthy balance of both have been the key to staying on track.
